Today was a much better day. And although I just got home at 10:30, I feel so much better than I did yesterday. My desk looks so much better and I only have one pile instead of three.
Around 5:00, I received a call from my friend Linda who asked me to go to supper with her. So, we met at Pei Wei and spent a good hour talking. I LOVE girl talk and being with my friends. I don’t do it enough and I have to be better about that.
I got the kids portion, Chicken Teriyaki with Brown Rice. It was so good, but as usual, I was not able to finish it. But what I was able to eat, was amazing.
So, I leave tomorrow for Atlanta and I can’t wait to get on the road. I miss Sister so much and really just want to get away. We always have such a fun and relaxed time. We both need that right now. And to keep me relaxed, I’ve asked my friend to house sit while I’m gone this time. Now I know my house is safe too.
